Hi everyone. I made this back in December and I’m throwing it back into rotation. Why? Because the owner of the blog at fitryo.com has taken posts from other Fitblrs and removed their URL and uploaded images as their own. Goals…

Personal goals I’ve set for myself:

1. Quit smoking (cigarettes) - CHECK!!! omg hardest thing I’ve done…still doing…I’m on day 17 of being smoke free after five years!!!!!

2. Quit Coca Cola - Ok so for the past I don’t know how many years, I’ve drank at least six cans of this bad stuff a day. CHECK!!! On my third day of being cola-less!!! I’ve drank at least 10 cups+ of water the past three days as well!!!!

3. Eat healthy - Still working on this one!

4. Exercise!!! - Still working on this one!

So far, so good. Can do better though.
