Personal goals I’ve set for myself:
1. Quit smoking (cigarettes) - CHECK!!! omg hardest thing I’ve done…still doing…I’m on day 17 of being smoke free after five years!!!!!
2. Quit Coca Cola - Ok so for the past I don’t know how many years, I’ve drank at least six cans of this bad stuff a day. CHECK!!! On my third day of being cola-less!!! I’ve drank at least 10 cups+ of water the past three days as well!!!!
3. Eat healthy - Still working on this one!
4. Exercise!!! - Still working on this one!
So far, so good. Can do better though.
